We are for your actions in negotiations, litigation, arbitration, mediation, international dispute resolution and in alternative dispute resolution procedure. We also have extensive experience in intellectual property infringement investigations, interim order, action against piracy and custom control.

We are engaged as agents for both branding and design authorities for the general courts and special courts. We also have extensive experience with processes in other countries. Through our partnership with the Patent Office Ström & Gulliksson we also have technical expertise available to us. Through our collaboration, we have access to the authorized European patent attorneys who can represent you before the European Patent Office in Munich.
