Today it is more rule than exception that companies enter into agreements that have a competition law aspect to them, whether it concerns concentrations, co-operation or licensing agreements or, for that matter, any other form of commercial transaction.

Moreover, the EU rules and regulations including block exemptions adopted for the common market have become part of many companies day-to-day business.
